dammit-had ice cream last night
I was doing okay for the day, but last night we decided to take the kids out for ice cream with our friends and their kids (we had all had dinner together at our house first).
Anyway-usually I resist, I get nothing. But, I couldn't. I buckled as the ninth ice cream cone was ordered.
I am going to pay big time on Sunday morning-this has been a horrible 2 weeks.

If it makes you feel any better....right after I weigh myself tomorrow morning, I plan on eating one or two of the cookies I made last night....even if it's 8am!!!

I just had sausage and egg on a roll.....no lunch for me today! You need to cave every now and then.
Ive had a horrible last week or so too! We need to get back on the horse. We were both doing so well!
