I don't know which one you have. But I was in BRU Thursday and the one I have:
and they had a bunch on the shelf for sale.

I had the same problem...you can rebuy the camera but you can't buy the monitor. Of course mine was the monitor so I used it messed up and cracked for about a year and finally bought a new set. Now I have two cameras so I have one on her bed and the other on her room.

I found a camera for mine on Amazon.com
I find it SO annoying that my BRU doesn't carry the spare cameras in the store anymore. 
This is the one I bought... not sure if it's your model though

i called them when mine was acting funny and they offered me it too...i found it was cheaper to buy from a vendor on amazon at the time due to a sale - and we got a new camera and handheld thing!
