Damp basement
We live in Amity Harbor. There are several corners of my basement that are always "wet and damp". This is with a dehumidifier always running. Do you have someone you can recommend to fix this and how much does this normally run. TIA!!

Re: Damp basement
We DIY'ed this. We pulled the sheetrock off, bought some of this water proofing paint from Lowes. Drylok I think. Painted the cinder blocks with it, 2 coats. Put the sheetrock back on and no dampness for a year now.

Re: Damp basement
if you are looking at small puddles and the foundation is slightly crumbled looking in those area's then you need to bring in a foundation specialist. You could have some issues with the foundation for it to weep. If its just basic dampness and no viable water or it's only in the summer (humid) the sealant should work alone.
