Dark circles under eyes...
Getting sleep is not really an option for me lately (with a newborn). What can I do to cover up my dark circles/bags under my eyes without it looking too cakey?

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
I find that if you use Bare Minerals Foundation with the concealer brush it works greats to cover up dark circles, dark spots, discolorations.
Using it with a brush like that will concentrate more of the product onto the area you are looking to conceal...then you can just go over your whole face with the regular brush. Doesn't look cakey either...

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
I have this problem, but it is just in my genes. I have inherited my mother's Mediterranean colouring.
What works for me is a yellow concealer. I dot that and then put my foundation on top of it. I blend it and then put some powder on it. I also find that when I eat more red meat it isn't quite as bad.

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
I use clinique's All About Eye concealer- it's great. It's a brighter shade than my coverup so it helps cover up the dark part and circles and makes my eyes pop. I love it and use it all the time- i look like i've been hit by a truck without it.

I'm anemic and when you're anemic you get dark circles more. Something about the blood vessels or something I can't remember. I find the only thing that helps me is to first hydrate the area I use some sort of eye cream right now its the one Benefit has I think its eye con or something. Then apply a small amount of covergirl concealer. Its the only way I can cover it somewhat.

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
I have a severe dark circle problem. I discovered Cargo One Base concealer +foundation at Sephora . I love, love , love it. And believe me ,I think I have used everything out there, lol. This is the only thing that works for me . Oh and I also use Avon eye perfect cream gel.

The avon products for under eye circles really work! Mom my had HORRIBLE ones and now people comment on how great she looks.
Mine are getting there...so I just started using them too.

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
Bare Minerals foundation with the concealer brush definitely helps. I also started using Olay Definity under eye cream, and saw a big difference after a couple of weeks.

Re: Dark circles under eyes...
I just learned abut this in my makeup class tonite :)
First-is your skin dry/oily?
If oily, get an oil free concealer
If dry, get a concealer that is oil based.
Apply always with a concealer brush, if you use your fingers, you actually are taking it off as ur putting it on, lol.
the teacher recommended the stila concealers-we passed a color around, and I have to say, it provided a lot of coverage!
