DARN!!!! Again!!!!!
I'm out, AF is here........
I went to an RE last week and had my bloodwork done (don't know the results yet), DH is getting his SA done, and I have an appointment for an HSG test this Monday (I'm so nervous about it, I've heard that it hurts).
Great, huh?

I hope this helps ease your mind (re: HSG). I am the biggest baby there is when it comes to anything medical. I will not go into detail how I react because it's quite embarassing behavior for a 36 yr old woman.  The anticipation of the HSG is soooooooooooooooo much worse than the actual procedure. Did I act like a baby and a complete idiot during it? Sure thing.... AND I was doped up on one of my anti anxiety pills to get me through it.....however, it was over in a matter of minutes... I think the entire thing was probably about 3 minutes. It did not hurt, it was more uncomfortable than anything, kind of like really bad AF cramps for about a minute. Take some advil before hand. You'll be fine!

The HSG is not bad at all. For me it was a little worse then a pap and it was cool to see the dye spill out of the tubes. I hope you get some answers, you'll feel better once you start getting the results in.

HSG was a piece of cake!! Just take advil! I agree w/ the others, the fear of it is the worst. I had mine a week ago. Good luck.
