Date day out east ideas?
If you were going to spend the day out east with DH or SO, what would you do? Looking for ideas besides wineries (I love them but was just recently there). We have dinner plans at our hotel in Riverhead afterwards. Thanks!

Date day out east ideas?
We were just out there and yes, we did some wineries. We also stopped at Lavender by the Bay, the beach, Cooperage Inn for lunch (really good), organic farm stands and the outlets. We didn't get to go to Greenport village which was also on the list.

go into greenport and walk around.. there are lots of nice little shops, the carousel, and some great restaurants for lunch (recommend noahs). there is also a brewery there. blue duck bakery is great too.
also could go berry picking at one of the farm stands

Definitely eat at Edgewater restaurant. It's one of our favorites!!!
Beaches, breweries, briermere pies.
Lots of nice towns for shopping and walking off those calories.
