Day 1 of Lamaze...
.... and now I'm nervous!
Our instructor took us on a tour and we went into one of the labor/delivery/post partum rooms and I got all emotional! I've been on the unit before so it wasn't new but there was something different today. I just got very nervous. Seeing the warmer where the baby will be afterwards and everything- it was just overwhelming.
8 more weeks to go. How is that possible? I feel like I just got my bfp yesterday.

I know - we start Lamaze next sunday and I have less than 6 weeks to go. I pass NSUH every day on my way to work and recently I was at a light right in front of it and I got a pit in my stomach. A realization that I was going to give birth inside that building I sat there staring at in a few short weeks and even if I survive the pain, then my whole life as I know it the last 34 years will never be the same. It's very surreal in the last few weeks, but seemingly normal.
