Day 2 PIO Shot - Ouch!
Last night, my DH must have hit something when he did the shot because my back has been VERY achy. There is no welt or bruise. The achy spot is actually above where he injected it. Hopefully this clears itself up quickly!

I have had this for a week. It only bothers me when I lay down now.

I think it was because we kinda rushed the shot and then went out with our friends, which required walking to and from the subway and standing at a bar. I have not made that mistake since. We do the shot right before bed. I massage and apply heat for 15-20 minutes and then we go to sleep. I have not had a problem since (knock on wood). Luckily, it felt better within 2 days. It felt like a slept wrong so certain movement really aggravated it.
