Day 3
Yesterday I got AF. I noticed the first spot at 11:30 a.m. I put in a super tampon (sorry TMI) at about 1:00 and took it out about 6 hours later. It was half used. The RE's office said that if I had "full flow" by 5:00 that day, then my day 3 would be on Wed. Do you think I can count Monday as day 1 with my flow as it was?

I would.
Def. go in Wed and talk to the nurse, this way if it's ok then you have WEd as day 3, if not then you still have time to go on thursday and have that as day 4
