Day 3 transfer of 1 grade 4C today after rescue ICSI
Well I didn't even think that I would get past the retrieval stage, but this morning our RE transferred our one scary sounding breadcrumb of an egg. I will still hang on to every shred of hope and think about it this way, at least they put back something. Now our chances are similar to winning that jackpot lotto last weekend 
Here's my story: 38, severe endo (lost a tube and an ovary) dismal FSH, AMH you name it. 40 y/o hubby is perfect and we are blessed to have an amazing 5 y/o that we conceived naturally. So why am I selfish and desperately wanting another?
We already have plans for more IVF cycles as we are also blessed with what I consider excellent insurance but of the 4+ RE's we've seen in the past 2 years, there isn't a lot of confidence being thrown our way.
Anyone heard of similar stories or have any advice? Just looking to make sure I've covered all my bases. Also, can't wrap my head around a donor egg. As I mentioned above, I'm selfish and definitely not there yet.
Best of luck to all of the amazing people who have shared their stories on here, it makes it easier and I feel less alone knowing I'm not the only LI'er suffering.
