Day after IUI.. a little crampy
Is that normal? It's not severe. Just a little crampy and really bloated. But I think i normally feel pretty bloated the day or two after O.

I asked once about the crampy feeling after IUI and they said that it was probably more do to the trigger and O'ing than the actual procedure. Did you do trigger?

Yeah, I felt that way this time around. I even spotted some after this round.
In fact, 6 or 7dpo and I'm STILL crampy and bloated! I gained 4lbs in the last few days!
