Day Care for 1 Day A Week?

Is it possible to find daycare for 1 day a week?

I was hoping to work a 4-day work week, but my job isn't sure about letting me do this and I was curious if a daycare place would accept a baby for one day a week?

Sure they would accept a baby for one day a week, BUT they will most likely make you pay for five days to hold the spot. Your best bet for that arrangement would probably be an in home provider.

DS's day care has 2, 3 or 5 day a week programs. (I believe it's 2 and 3, but definitley 3 and 5.)

I work from home one day a week so DS is only there 4 days a week, but I pay for 5.

In your case, you would pay for the 2 or 3 day program (whichever one it is).
