Daycare - CHECK!
We secured our daycare for next year already! I am so excited that it's out of the way -one less thing to do later on!
We are using a woman in the town where I work. I have taught both of her daughters and other teachers in my building have used her and RAVE about her!  I love the fact that it's in a private house and that it's pay-as-you-use, so I'm not paying for the days when I don't send the baby (if I have a vacation or a random day off here and there) - she will take the baby if it has a cold, which I know most daycare facilities won't, so I won't have to burn sick time if the baby has a runny nose or something.
Next year she will just have my baby and my friend's baby (she's due at the end of May). It seems like a far way off (I'm returning to work in December) but I have a feeling it will be here before you know it!

Yay that is awesome!!! I am so happy for you!
I know a few people in the district I work in that have daycares as well. But I am looking closer to home.
