Daycare for newborns

For those that send DC or looked into daycare facilities that accept babies, my question is what do they do with them all day? Do they have activities, do they have them in the swing?

DD is 13 weeks..

Ryan didn't start til later but I know at our daycare they have a swing, do tummy time and take them outside for walks in a stroller.

They hold them, feed them, let them play on their tummy and let them sleep in their crib when they are sleeping. I think regulations prevent your child from being put into a swing for more than a certain number of minutes and prevent them from being put in the crib when they are not sleeping.
