DD afraid of the dark?
She gets up in the middle of the night and turns on her light. she has an automatic night light.
Ever go through this? what did you do?

If K is napping.... I leave some kind of light on in the room.
She was left alone in a room when she was sleeping one time in the dark, and she woke on her own, and the next thing I knew - she was SCREAMINGGGGGGGGG..... I ran in b/c I thought something was wrong.... only to find her terrified.
I resign to a light on all the time. That way if she wakes up (and I've watched her do this) she'll simply open her eyes, look into the room, and then turn her head and close her eyes and back to sleep she goes.

Not yet, DD actually makes sure there are no lights in the room at all  She's just like her daddy though, he has to cover clocks, cable boxes and have all doors shut
