I am sure it will pass with absolutely no problem. My mom loves to bring up the fact that when I was a baby, I swallowed a nipple     and shiit it out.  If it was just part of a wipe I am sure she'll be fine. Call your ped to put your mind at ease!

I would think it would dissolve with stomach fluids into nothing, but if you are un easy , call the peds after hrs number and get the answer to be 1oo% relaxed
