Dealing with Stress
So on top of the stress of trying to get pregnant, there are so many other things stressing me out in my life. I know how bad that is for TTC. What are some ways in which you deal with stress? Any relaxing things I can try or things I can do to help me sleep at night?

Re: Dealing with Stress
I NEVER would have listened to anyone if they told me this but:
I have had such trouble sleeping and gritting my teeth and with migraines, all because of stress. I started listening to relaxation CDs and I actually fell asleep last night in the middle of a horrible headache. They really do work. It really helped to concentrate on my breathing. I never would have been able to fall asleep let alone stop crying from the pain. I hope something like this works for you. Good luck and feel better!!! It will pass!

Great idea. My DH is a bad snorer so maybe this will help me deal with that as well. I am going to get one on my way home today. Which do you recommend? Can I use it at work as well or will it make me fall asleep?

Re: Dealing with Stress
Maybe you can do some stretches before you go to bed. I know it sounds silly but it might help relieve some tension.

Re: Dealing with Stress
These are great nighttime ideas and I am going to try them both. Any ideas for during the day?
I also noticed that falling asleep is not my problem. It is staying asleep. I wake up a zillion times at night and don't fall back asleep for a while b/c of everything on my mind. Things always seem worse then too for some reason.
Thanks for listening
