Dearest Billy,

I have been patiently waiting for you to add a concert in the DC area. You continue to add concerts in New York, but are neglecting the region just south of the Mason Dixon.

Now, while I do appreciate the fact that you are from New York, and are thus playing the most concerts there, you do have many fans in the Capital District.

If you could play a show or two, prefrebly on a weekend, at the MCI center I would greatly appreciate it.
