I'm goinmg to go ahead and suggest you keep a cup in the car at all times. Becaus eby the time you are 30 weeks, waiting 2 hours is not only difficult, but physically scarring. I almost threw up after my 1.5 hour commute last night.

My coworker suggested keeping something in the car as well...just in case I get sick or have to emergency pp...just go in the container

I have a slightly different situation...
Dear Bladder,
I know you've been working overtime these last several weeks, but do you think you could let me sleep for more than 2 hours at a time? It gets really exhausting getting up every 90 min or so to pee throughout the night, and eventually, I can't fall back asleep.
I've only been sleeping 5 hours every night

oh I know it will only get worse..... but I have a pretty bad case of insomnia right now.... I really wish I could sleep 7 hours (with interuptions) for even one night. the built-up sleep deprevation is pretty bad.....

Last week when i had my sono I had to sit with a FULL bladder almost an HOUR before my appt- i was in PAIN!!! my students were laughing at me because i couldnt help but do the pee pee dance...
