Dear Delta Airlines

Now that you have chosen to farm out your customer service to India, I will no longer be using your airline.
I have now been on the phone for 20 minutes, with two different people, neither who can find my confirmation for my flight because they can't friggin understand me, nor can they type the letters I am spelling into your damn computer to find my reservation.
And no, I DON'T have my confirmation number - if I did, I wouldn't have to call you


PS - Now that I've spoken to an English-speaking supervisor, guess what, I got my info. You are only creating more work for your supervisors, because guess what, everyone's going to ask to speak to one of them!

wait, i have total dejavu...this post (almost exactly) was posted a few days ago...someone was complaining about all the indian customer service reps...hmmm....must be getting pretty bad!

i am sorry you had to go through that!, but i do agree, no matter where you go these days, it is getting worse(harder) to speak to people

I'm so mad at Delta and their skymiles program. I am going to use my miles/pts for a flat panel TV instead. It's through Amex so I can buy stuff too but I always use my miles for air travel until the last 6 months. I've tried 3 times to make a reservation and they had nothing to offer me except If I wanted to use double miles. That's crap!
