Dear End User,
Why do I have to write and rewrite the crystal report that you requested many times. Can you not give me the specs right the first time and then you will have your perfect report. Thank you for wasting at least 4 hours of my life in the past 4 weeks. I really look foward to helping you in the future.

Wouldn't it just make it easier if they just told you what it was exactly they needed the info for so that you can perhaps *tell* them the fields they need?

No because the person in question changes the report about 4 times as to what it's going to be used for and who will see it. I swear I am going to put flowers on the next report I make for them. Guess what sex they are?
