Dear Iron Pills,
Well its been a rough couple of weeks and I still haven't truly bonded with you, but I've learned to accept the fact that you are needed in my life 
I'd actually like to take this time to thank you, because despite the sucky side effects you have actually begun to help me. People are beginning to tell me how much better I look and not so ghostly pale and drained. I am able to stay awake now throughout the day and not feel sick.
Now if you could just stop the bloating, nausea and non poop days we'd be happy together

Have you tried anything for the constipation. Try Collace 100 mg 1x a day. It really should help.
