Dear Little Boy
I know you don't feel well today. I'm sorry your tummy hurts. Yes it makes me very sad.
If you could plan your sick days in advance so I can schedule work projects ahead of time, I'd really appreciate it. I would be grateful even for falling ill on sunny, not rainy days.
I don't mean to be too demanding but if you could mention to me that you had thrown up it would be wonderful. Finding out by stepping in a pile of it isn't the way Mommy wants to find out these things. I'm not even asking for you to make it to the toilet. Just let me know that it's already happened.

Oh you poor thing!! Poor Joseph!
Call your boss (Joseph) and tell him you are staying home today...
Get the kid some ginger ale snd sherbet (rainbow was always my favorite) and turn on a dvd for the poor mite!
Then...show him where the toilet is!!!
ps...its not a good Friday night out in Manchester until you step on some puke!
