yes, i can hear you clearing your throat nineteen million times a day. and when you said that you were sick, i would normally have believed you - but that would mean that you have been sick since december of 2006. 
buy a damn cough drop already!!! and learn how to properly clear your throat! it's not "eh, eh, eh" it's "ahem!!" get that f-ing phlegm out of there already!!!

I have a co-worker like that, also. She has sinus problems and coughs REALLY LOUD all day....to the point that it makes me jump.....
