Dear Men's Wearhouse....
it amazes me over and over again just how you stay in business
My husband BOUGHT a tux from you last year (my dad bought 4 to be exact)- and have been measured there countless times for different weddings- and you managaged to lose his measurments for a wedding we have in 2 weeks
we now live an hour away from your store- and you want him to come back- and you didn't even apoloize to him- maybe you would if you remembered his measurments...
I feel bad for who ever answers the phone in 3 minutes when I call
signed- very unhappy customer!

they were nice to me
and poor Jake never had to drive all the way out to the smithhaven one
he can just go to the one across the street from our building (while that's better- it didn't make him happier)
