Dear Shady Morgage broker guy
I am really sorry that my agent told me to call you. I can't believe he used you for his own mortgage
when I said not to waste your time, I liked the rate and program I was already in, that doesnt mean for you to call me with a higher rate for a 40 year motgage (the first 10 years being I/O) when I wanted a 30 year fixed.
You are wasting my time guy. Give it a rest!

nice- I hate guys like this that give the industry a bad name!
but then maybe I shouldn't complain b/c Jake built a nice business just fixing things guys like that do!
you would be suprised at the deals some people accept! and people with good credit! it's a shame!

It is a shame, because there are good brokers out there -
then he says he can get me 5.75% with no pmi and no second mortgage 100% financing 30 year fixed.
I ARGUE IT!
this is after he tells me how great the 40 year (10 year I/O) loan is.

They really don't understand when to give up. I had one guy yell at me, because I didn't let him counter the offer we accepted. Yelling at me will really convince me to consider your offer
