I always get something I really shouldn't be eating just to make the late nights a little better.
I'm insane. I have to have something to look forward to, so all day long I told myself "Thai food for dinner!"

food is my reward too...that's why I need to lose 25 lbs. My relationship with food is unhealthy...
I could reward myself with a $500 bag...that would be worse...

I am honestly working on it, though -- AND I only ate less than half the meal, mostly all veggies.

Same here.

Well... I spent 2 1/2 hours working with one of my students yesterday, and when I got back to the lab everyone had gone home but I had more work to do. I rewarded my hard work by having the rest of the chocolate that my lab mate had brought us from Belgium. It was just sitting there on the table, calling out to me...
