Deb (and anyone else in the area) - new place in Seaford for OPI gel manis!
I was getting my hair done on Thursday near Capri bakery and my stylist told me about a new place, called Bella Vita Spa, that does gel manis for $20. You might want to check it out!

It's on the south side... you know where Philip Michael's is, next to Capri Bakery? It's in that house right on the corner of the street, on the first floor.
I don't actually know how good they are, but the girls that work in the salon were raving about their OPI manis.
