Decor: Chair Cushions
Looking for chair cushions for my formal dining room. Ideally would like them to be tufted, and not to thick. I've tried Pottery Barn, Crate, BBB and some dept stores, and I can't find anything that isn't uber thick or has the ugly grip bottom showing through.
Any other suggestions on where to shop?

I bought these! I'm returning them though because they are very casual and don't fit the chair right. This was the closest I came to finding something.
