Decorating home for Fall!

I just did the outside porch

I bought tall corn stalks for each side of my door - tied a Halloween ribbon around each with a bow

Bought orange fake leaves garland and put that on each side of the entrance to my porch and the top portion.

Bought some fake pumpkins and a pot of mums

Then I have a little coffee table out on the porch with 2 chairs. On the table, I do a creepy display. Fake eyeballs in a candy dish, a severed hand reaching from a bowl, spiders, a rat .. A couple creepy vintage looking pictures that look like normal people, but when you move, they turn into skeletons.. A vase of black roses.. Some fake bottles of potions with labels like frog legs, etc.
also have a scarecrow...and I wrap around alternating orange and purple lights around the porch railings.

Then some signs.. One says "a witch lives here with her little monsters"

Some caution tape.. A Halloween door mat.. I always bring out a scary motion activated thing that growls as trick or treaters approach the door.

This year I will be including a scary CD on Halloween with a speaker outside for the treaters.. As well as a fog machine.

I'm obsessed with Halloween.

I also give out little colored plastic bracelets, stickers, pencils, spider rings etc for kids who can't eat candy or are too small for candy.

I always wanted to be like the Conner family on Roseanne at Halloween. I love going all out and making it fun for the kids.
