Here's from my e-mail notification service
Due to a brush fire adjacent to the Deer Park Station and damage it caused to the LIRR signal system, train service east of Farmingdale has been temporarily suspended.
We advise customers to use alternative LIRR train service on the Montauk and Port Jefferson Branches.

I was there. I went on my break like an idiot to kohls and it broke out while I was there. I had to criss cross roads to get back to my job 1 exit down. it was a nightmare.
