Defrosting Filet Mignons?
I took 2 filet mignons out of the freezer on Saturday for dinner Sunday night. Wound up going out to eat on Sunday so we didn't have them. Are they still OK to eat tonight? (They have been sitting in the fridge.)
I'm paranoid b/c I am pregnant and don't want to get sick! I think I've done this before and haven't had a problem!

If they were defrosted in the fridge, then I think they're fine. If they were defronsted on the counter, then I might be a little hesitant.
