Delayed Gastric Emptying ANYONES DC HAVE IT
I am taking Max to the doctor today for a check-up. I hope that he does not have this but it has been in question. He at 11 months still throws up, is already on allergy free formula and gains but not a ton,.
I now have to have tests on him. 
He can eat at 9.30 am and throws the meal up at 4,30 and its intact like he just ate it..it never got digested., I looked it up and it goes hand in hand with the reflux.
The way of testing it is to eat radioactive markers and theytrack the markers to see how long to digest. I am not thrilled.
Anyones Dc have this? what was the outcome? did it just go away or did they have surgery?>

My dd hasnt had, but im an xray tech. Is he have a sitz marker test?

no experience with it. i've read a little about because my dd has food allergies and was on elecare.

My neice has that and she is going to be 3. The dr. hasn't sent her for tests or anything yet. I do not know when it really becomes a problem. My neice is not underweight so I don't know how she gets her calories if she is throwing it up at night.
