delayed ovulation
what causes this? I normally ovulate on CD 11 and now I'm at CD 14 and there's no temperature change. BUT the OPK tests had a line on CD9 and 10.
I just started a new brand of prenatal vitamins - would THAT affect ovulation?? (I know probably not; I'm grasping at straws here.)
UGH.

Re: delayed ovulation
Want to post your chart ?
Stress can delay O...or any change in hormones. Actually most ladies have different O days from cycle to cycle...It's usually not a significant difference. Sometimes the follicules that hold the egg, reach different sizes each cycle before they rupture (ovulate)....so that could be it too.
Do you have pcos ? Ladies with pcos, tend to get a lot of false positives on typical opks...because the LH rises but there isn't a mature follicule to release an egg. The fertility monitor is more precise with this situation. (the sticks for the monitor measure estradoil and LH, estradoil is what is released from the mature follicule).

Re: delayed ovulation
I don't think I have PCOS but I'm switching OB/GYNs and my appointment isn't until June so I don't know for sure.
I've been charting since January and ovulated (at least according to the temp) CD11 - until last month when it was CD12. But here I am at CD14 and still no temp rise.
Here's my chart.
