I agree- both are VERY yummy (Badalattos is a bit more affordable)
Also Capus Heros is now Corner Heros- they have a good catering menu.
There is also Aiellos in Centereach and Lombardis Market in Holbrook.

We used Napoli in the Port Jeff Station Post Office shopping center, but my friend used Northside Deli in Mt Sinai and it was delicious and SUPER CHEAP

I like the food from Moore's Deli in Port Jeff- it is a gourmet deli. They have yummy sandwiches and do a lot of catering.
Tiger Lily is really good- they specialize in vegetarian sandwiches and wraps but do have chicken and other meats that are extremely good as well. I think their website is www.tigerlilycafe.com
Mario's in Setauket is good Italian but they may still be closed for renovations....
Strawberry's Field in Stony Brook/Setauket is another gourmet deli place.
