delicious artichoke spread
I don't measure ingredients, just kind of eyeball it. I made this yesterday because I had my family over for a BBQ, it was great and so quick & easy
-marinated artichoke hearts(I buy the big jar at Costco and use 1/2 at a time)
-mayo
-grated cheese
just chop up the articokes (drain most of the oil out) add mayo and cheese until a nice consistency. spread on crackers, delicious!
