Dented formula (powder) cans
I recieved my first order from 88-diapers, the cans were dented - they are not even metal - they are like a thick cardboard - I called them and they are replacing them, but I think I could still use the ones I have - what do you think? they seem fine, the top and bottom metal is fine?

I wouldn't use them. A lot of times there is a coating on the inside of them that gets dislodged when the can is dented and mixes with the formula. My ped. said to never use dented cans

Funny...my ped office told it is was fine. I hope they are right, because we've used them!

Are they paper with a foil lining? I would probably use them, but I don't care about my kid all that much!

Re: Dented formula (powder) cans
I was thinking of using them b/c the metal wasn't dented - ok, now I am second guessing myself.
