Dentists or hygienists....I have a question
I have bonding on my 2 front teeth to close a space between. I use Whitestrips occasionally, which my dentist said would not harm the bonding. I had Britesmile done before my wedding and am anal about keeping them white. You know how they say too much whitening makes your teeth get a blue tint? Can that happen to bonding? This could be in my head but I'm worried. I should call my dentist. they probably haven't changed at all (2 months old) and I'm just going to the loony bin. I was thinking that bonding is just a material, therefore they can't turn, well, anything...

I'm a hygienist and I've never seen bonding turn bluish. I've seen it absorb cofee stain, red wine stain etc......I also do Britesmile on my patients and again have never had a bluish result???

thank you. i think it's in my head. can one overuse white strips? I heard they can give you a blue tint...but I didn't think bondings also had that effect.
