Derek Jeter, 41, 'engaged to Sports Illustrated cover girl Hannah Davis, 25, after three years of dating'
Derek Jeter may have become famous for how he played both on and off the baseball field, but a year after hanging up his cleats it seems the Yankees legend is ready for the honeymoon suite.
Jeter is reportedly engaged to model Hannah Davis, who he has dated for the last three years.
A source told the New York Daily News that Davis already 'has the ring' and that her family is very happy.
