Design Star - Who do you think will win? - POLL
What did you think of the last challenge and who do you think will win?
One side of me likes Kim and her sophisticated tastes but feel she is JUST another designer, then there is Todd, crazy but very creative. I feel he would bring something new in term of shows but feels he also can be too much "cool dude".
I am not sure I won't lean too much in the "safe" direction with Kim.

Before last night, I thought it would be Todd. But I really did not like what he did for the final challenge. The colors looked like something out of Blue's Clues and the space planning was just really poor IMO. If I were a guest at that hotel, I would not pay for a suite rate to have a bed next to the kitchen and a dining room next to the bathroom. Kim did such a better job last night, even though I wasn't crazy about what she did for the West Virginia family. Image Attachment(s):

ITA. I was a bit disappointed with Todd in his last challenge.

I've liked Todd's other stuff a lot more than what he did in the last challenge.
But he has a charisma that Kim just doesn't have. Just like David Bromstad, I would tune in to watch him, not just what he does. Doesn't hurt that he's easy on the eyes.
Kim just seems to have a false enthusiasm to her when she does her reveals. I do agree that I liked her challenge results last night much better.
And I too was dissapointed at her room for the West Virginia couple. But Todd's room that time was also weirdly configured, remember? It's like he thinks in terms of visual impact, not real life usability.

I think Kim would be a better host for a show and I really like her designs.
I like Todd too, but he gets a little crazy -when he was doing his presentation last night he was talking so fast and excitedly I could barely follow what he was saying. Kim also explains things she does, which I like when I watch design shows so I can emulate them.
Todd is awesome with paint and making things, which I love to see, but could never do myself.

I really like Kim and I hope she wins. I love her designs and I think her television presence is great.
Todd does great designs too but I think he is a little intense sometimes and I wasn't crazy about his room on the final challenge.
Can't wait until Sunday to find out!

I think Todd will win... They are both awesome but in very different ways. Even though I liked Kim's last design more I feel like Todd has that extra something that would make me interested in watching his show

If Todd wins it will be a popularity contest--he seems like the kind of guy who you woudl want to be friends with. However, for the application, Kim should win because as SweetTooth said, she designs in a way that we can emulate...

Oh, I hope it's Kim!!! I love her and her design. One of the PP mentioned a 'fake enthusiasm' about her, which is funny because that's how I feel about Todd. And this last design...  TERRIBLE! It was juvenile and amateur. I totally wouldn't watch his show (though it's obvious that Cynthia Rowley would  )

I only watched the final challenge and I am rooting for Kim. There is no way on earth I could stand watching a show with Todd on it. His overly enthusiastic presentation was overly annoying to me.
I loved how Kim's room turned out - the laser cut headboard look stunning! Bubbles floating up the wall out of a lamp, not so much.
