Despite the weather, feeling a little better...
So I am not sure if it is the fact that I admitted I need some help, or just my hormones leveling out, but I have been feeling better since I called my midwife group on Wednesday. I know that I don't have all of the ppd symptoms. I know that it could be a thyroid problem (since the symptoms mimic ppd and cause low milk supply). I know I am not alone.
I will probably make some calls to the therapists you all recommended but I am feeling a million times better than Wednesday.

I found that as soon as I started to tell everyone how depressed I was, it only started getting better from there.

I'm really happy for you. It's so tough, but admitting that everything isn't okay and you're feeling very down is definitely a relief. I hope it keeps getting better for you!
