Dessert ideas needed!
Something fruity, tarty, flakey... I've done a fruit tart before with custard, so I dont really want to do that again... Any ideas? It's for a birthday.
Also, what kind of fruit would be good to use now? Usually I'd do fresh peaches from out east but its not the season... Maybe apples or strawberries?

I'm always down for a fruit tart so that sound delicious to me. What about some kind of fruity cheesecake? Ooh, I also saw these raspberry crumb bars on pinterest that I've been dying to try!
