I love this and super easy.

Fake Out Napoleon:

graham crackers
large container of cool whip
package of vanilla pudding (powder)
vanilla frosting
chocolate frosting

-Mix pudding powder into cool whip
in a rectangular/square pan
-layer graham crackers and cool whip mixture (like lasagna)
-after last layer of graham crackers pour vanilla frosting all over the top (I microwave the tub of frosting for a few seconds to loosen it so it's pourable)
-Dot chocolate frosting randomly and drag a butter knife through it to create swirls like on a real napoleon. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving

Have you tried the ready made cheesecake in a tub by Philadelphia? Its good! I buy mini graham cracker crusts, fill them with the cheesecake, top them with chilled strawberry pie filling (in a can) and top with sliced fresh strawberry. Yummy!

They sell no-bake cheesecakes that my friends rave about. I dont remember the brand, but I made a oreo-topped cheesecake that my family likes better than things I slave over.

Easiest thing for summer:

Slice up (smalllllll pieces) 2 bananas, a kiwi, an apple, a pear, 10 strawberries, toss in a handful or two of grapes, add about a teaspoon or so of fine granulated sugar, mix, let it chill for a couple of hours and serve with cool whip or low fat vanilla ice cream.

Re: DESSERTS: No-Bake Receipes

Something I always used to make

Get 2 containers of yogurt (I always liked strawberry)
Then get a container of Cool Whip

Mix them together and put them in the ready made crust.

Put in freezer for a couple of hours

It is awesome and soooo easy!

This is also REALLY good if you pour Amaretto over it all and let it soak for a while. (adults only!)
