Details of the MRI results
I appreciate you all!!! 
The herniated disk was confirmed. But there is also damage that can't be fully determined yet. (The conversation with my dr was difficult because she called my cell and it was going in/out.) The question is whether I was damaged by the spinal for my c-section.
I need to discuss options with the neurologist (my second neurologist) and neurosurgeon. I am 90% sure I do not want surgery, as long as I will not permanently damage my legs and feet. The concern, as my doctor stated, is the loss of feeling in my legs. I have problems driving now as my legs go numb in that position. I am walking funny, which allows my feet to be damaged. I am having a partial *third* toenail removed due to an infection from an ingrown toenail. Obviously, I can't continue like this.
Since all my problems have started after delivery, that's why they are being extra cautious. I still have many questions and hope to get answers in the next month or so.

I just want you to know that I feel your pain-literally. Sometimes it just helps to know there is someone out there that understands.
In 2001 I had a similar issue- there was no apparent reason but 2 of the discs in my lower back ruptured and basically rendered the left side of my lower body (i.e. legs...) numb and useless. I was in bed for awhile and when I sat on chairs or in cars it was numb but painful (I had to lay down in cars for awhile even!). people were pushing surgery on me and I was not comfortable with my options so I sought other treatments. I am happy to tell you that the following year I was on the road to recovery, entered into dental school and graduated in 2005! It has now been about 4 years since I have sought any treatment for my back, including chiropractic care AND I even delivered a baby and currently am running after my little man on a daily basis with slight soreness but nothing that interupts my life.
The moral of my story is have faith and be comfortable in your choices don't let anyone push you into things you don't feel comfortable doing. I was so glad I chose my own path! You are in my prayers!  Good luck

I am so sorry you are going through all of this. I know how it is to have to take a TON of tests and wait around to see if you need surgery or not. IT SUC KS!!!!!
I just wanted you to know that you will be in my prayers tonight and I will pray not only for your complete healing but for your doctors to have discernment as far as what to do.

She is on the road to recovery now, at home getting stronger each day. She did not want surgery but now is glad she did....it was all laser and her scar is miniscule.
Whatever you decide hope you get relief soon

I am so sorry to hear you are going through this, especially now when you probably just want to enjoy your baby.
Definitely get more opinions, and I think you are right to investigate options outside of surgery if they are safe.
