DETERMINED!!!!
Well after New Years Day I am 100% committed and determined to lose 5-6lbs. DH and i are goingt oParis in Feb and I have GOT to lose this weight. I am going to work SO hard. And i want to check in on this board to track meals and workouts bc that keeps me motivated and on track.
Ladies, wish me luck!! It doesnt seem like alot of weight but its becoming IMPOSSIBLE!!!!!!

I want to lose about the same and am really comitted to it, too. I want to look good in spring/summer things when they hit the stores.

I want to lose about 4 lbs as well.....just got a new treadmill and I've been running about 2 miles every night. I am determined too!!!!!

Yep i threw out all the holiday cookies. DH and i went to gym and i did 30 mins cardio and then i did back, legs, bis, abs

can I play too... I lost 15lbs since august and have 5 more to go and then the holidays struck..... I am afraid to get on the scale but I am determined to get the last 5 off.
I guess it is time to dust off the treadmill and get my butt in gear.
