DH and I have a night (possibly weekend) alone!!
So my mom is taking DD tonght, and if she sleeps at night, she'll take her until Sunday!! 
As hard as it will be not to see her, DH and I definitely need this break. We really haven't had any quality time in months. When we were in Israel we literally did not have one moment alone just the two of us (we were there with DH's family).
And since weaning her of the pacifier last week, she has had trouble sleeping at night. She screams hysterically before bed and wakes up every night and is hard to get back to sleep.We have only had 3 good night's sleep in 12 days. And the stress of finding a new daycare/nanny solution has been so hard on me since our nanny quit last week. Plus, I have been working like crazy every morning and night to prepare for my annual review.
So while I love my daughter more than anything, mommy is definitely looking forward to some mommy-daddy time.

Enjoy it! You deserve it!
My DS is still breastfeeding twice at night so I can't get a night away but my mom has offered to take him and let us go out to dinner and I can't wait for some quality time with DH.
