DH has lost hope that we're having a boy...
He had lunch with some friends who have kids under 3. They filled his head full of old wives' tales...he's now believing he is wrong and we're having a girl. He's been swearing we're having a boy [based on nothing more than faith] so it's funny.
He made some comment about "if the woman gets ugly" so I asked him, have I gotten ugly? [my face could push pepperoni pizza these days] He replied: well, once you put on makeup, no. If it simply weren't true, he'd be sleeping on the couch.
We did go and add stuff to our registry this weekend and I let him register for some football items anyway so he'd feel better.

lol--- poor guy!! my DH was UPSET b/c he was sure it was a girl and its not!!

OMG - if Angelo told me I'm pretty with makeup first, he'd be so mangled he would never be able to have kids again!
