He worked on the ceiling over where the baby would be (INsullating it, new ceiling, plastering, and painting....)Swept and mopped....And he is now re-opening it...He closed in the cold water valve handle... SOMEWHERE in the ceiling...(Took it off, thought he put it somewhere -ON THE GROUND)and there is now no cold water....and...the ceiling is open again... He says its baby brain
