Dh is making me wait for S-E-X
So as you all know, I just went off the pill, or I am "detoxing" as I like to call it.
Since I want to wait a few months and see what my cycles are like before taking the TTC plunge, we will have to call in the Trojan horses for a few months.
The week has been very busy so we haven't made it to a store yet and DH refuses to do the "dance"
until we get protection.
What man does this? My libido is coming back and he is making me wait!!!!!

Hmmm..thats weird. Sounds like hes not ready for an "accident" which would personally make me wonder about TTC very soon???
What aboutpulling out? We did that hundreds of times?

You're right. He isn't ready yet. He says he wants to start in February/March. He likes a timetable. In his head, he knows that I just came off the pill and he wants me to go about this methodically.
I also think he has an unrealistic idea in his head that we can decide when we will conceive and have a baby in the month we want. He actually told me we should wait until the summer, so we can have a baby by the folllowing spring.
I am trying to explain that it isn't that easy...
Poor guy, he has no clue

I'm like your DH. I went off the pill this month and wants some months to detox and get regular. I'm promoting the trojans as well but DH said lets just do the pull-out. That would be way too stressful for me! and take all the fun out of Sex. I would just rather skip doing it for a while - this coming from a girl who usually needs it several times a week :)

I actually want to wait before TTC, but I was just SO surprised that DH wanted to wait until we got the "gift wrap"
