DH is my hero
He got up at 6 am this morning to run 10 miles so meet his distance requirement for the week for his marathon training.
I couldn't even get up to run 3.
He further is my hero b/c he did this today, before putting in a full day at work, at least in part so that we have the whole weekend together to do whatever we wanted.
If I didn't offer him sex on a regular basis, I would certainly give it up today   (and then count it towards my exercise quota for the day )
I will be swimming this afternoon instead.  it's not looking good for the SI half in October.

That is awesome  That was so sweet of him and I give him a lot of credit for running that mileage before a day at work...Great Job!!
I feel so bad for my boyfriend. I have to be in bed by 11 every Friday night so I can run with my team at 6:30-7 every Saturday morning! Good thing is I am usually home and ready to do something by noon, although not when it's over 18 miles...those days are rest days!!

this week DH is my hero...he is triathalon training and running 2 hours a day with my boy sitting in a jogging stroller I don't think I ever loved him so much.
